Digital & Social Media Program Overview
Digital and social media are not just marketing tools, they have become essential components of many departments within organizations including Public Relations, Human Resources, Customer Service, Competitive Intelligence and more. This evolution is digital and social media is matched by the evolution of the 'Digital Marketing Program' into the 'Digital and Social Media Program'.
To date, over 800 participants have completed over 4500 modules at locations throughout North America. Our newly redesigned program has an intensified focus on strategy and tactics, and on helping organizations discover how to use digital and social media to enhance their goals and objectives.
In addition to new multi-day seminars, the Digital and Social Media Program now features one-day seminars focused in particular industries and/or professions, providing training and guidance specific to those areas.
